What we called the “soft skills” became the “essential skills“. For 2025, according to the World Economic Forum the top 3 are: Analytical thinking and innovation, active learning and learning strategies, and Complex problem-solving. During the pandemic especially, most of the leaders who positively adapted to changes are those who use their Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.) to drive their Intellectual Intelligence (I.Q.) and encourage others to do so. The job I do with my clients is to focus on their authentic leadership to already be where others are not yet.,

It is different from counseling or therapy because we start with the ended mind – a tangible goal or a vision. You are the only person who design your life. You can manage what you can control so we will work on the “internal locus”. Let’s increase your control ad be empowered. It is NOT about trying to fix people, it is about holding unconditional positive regard towards you.

All my clients are “creators” and we partner through a creative and thought-provoking process. Why? because it is all about optimising your talents via channeling what inspires you toward your personal and professional goals.

Together, we focus on your positive motivation about what is it that ultimately you want, and what inspires you.

A coach helps you to identify and develop your strengths, as well as your personal and professional goals. To be creator and actor.

Coaching is about empowering others to take ownership of their mind and to take responsibility for their decisions or actions. Responsibility breeds empowerment. Have you heard a saying:, so

No one can make a person change who doesn’t want to change.

A person will never change in life until the desire to change becomes greater than your desire to remain the same. Generally, people desire to change when they have a vision for their future that is greater than the one they have today.

What is relevant for you? It is how competent your life coach can help you to learn and guide you from the present (point A) to the desired future (point B) via facilitating the transition. The coach’s role is to assist the coachee throughout the change process. 

It is important that we get our foundation right, the strength of the foundation that we lay will determine the size and scale of the building. 

My job is to see you growing, maturing, taking responsibilities, being consistent,  decisive, and ultimately to see your strength of character grow.

To conclude, coaching is about partnering with the client and believing that they are always capable of finding their answer/solution. They just need a different perspective to unlock their potential.
